CONSTRUCTION NOTES
The sweater is knitted from the bottom to the top on a circular needle up to the armhole. It begins with a 1×1 ribbing for the bottom band. Then, the Taquile Pattern is knitted until the armhole is reached. Here, the work is divided into the Front and Back and each half is knitted separately in the Lice Pattern up the front neckline. Now, each side of the Front is worked separately with neckline shaping and the shoulder stitches are transferred to stitch holders. The Back is worked to the same length as the Front, but without neckline shaping. Then, the pieces are carefully steamed from the WS facing before the shoulder stitches are joined together.
The stitches for the Sleeves are picked up around the armhole and then worked on a short, circular needle in the Taquile Pattern to the same length as the body part (the same number of repeats of Taquile Pattern).
Then, continue to knit in stockinette stitch using Color A until the Sleeve reaches the desired length minus the cuff. The Sleeve cuff is worked to the same length as the bottom band. Finally, the stitches around the neckline are picked up and the collar is worked to the desired length.

MEASUREMENTS:
Chest circumference: 98 (112, 126, 140, 154) cm
Armhole depth: 21 or 23 cm
Total Length: 3 (4, 5) x 8 cm in pattern + 6 cm bottom band + 21 or 23 cm armhole depth = 51/53 (59/61, 67/69) cm
Sleeve Length minus 6 cm cuff = 32 (37, 41, 44, 48) cm
The bottom band and the cuff lengths: 6 cm or 2.5 inches or desired length.
The exact amount of yarn depends on the desired width and length of the sweater. Therefore, the information is only an approximation.
